Turning off the Grand Union Main Line at Norton Junction and onto the Grand Union's Leicester Arm, visiting Welford, Market Harborough, Leicester and Loughborough.

  We're now joining the River Soar in places - hence large weirs like this on the way into Leicester.   Moored up by Castle Gardens, in the heart of Leicester.

  The National Space Centre, Leicester.   Going slightly sideways to counter the wind, on a pretty stretch of the River Soar. (The wind's quite strong - we were blown aground soon after this picture!)
